40th Gathering

📍ROTA IMAGNA (BG) - September 7, 2024

At an altitude of 700 meters, the village is a green oasis rich with stunning views surrounded by mountains and the peaks of Monte Resegone. The Imagna Valley is full of pastures and alpine meadows that are home to sheep and cattle, once herded by Bergamasco Shepherd dogs. Some of these dogs, including Alpino, are among the founders of the current population of the breed.

The event will take place at the municipal park (in case of rain, we will move to a covered location).

Schedule:

• 10:00 AM: Participant gathering at the Municipal Park
• 10:15 AM: Seminar: The Coat of the Bergamasco Shepherd (register at the SAB office)
• 11:30 AM: Walk in the Park
• 12:45 PM: Outdoor Breakfast (reservation required) - Park Bar Lunch (register at the SAB office)
• 3:00 PM: Breed Gathering Begins - Judge: Milena Franzetti
• 6:00 PM: Awards Ceremony and Refreshments offered by SAB
